This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and governs all payments made to BuildMyPetSite.com. By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

 

⚠️  IMPORTANT: Due to the custom-work nature of website building, our refund rights are limited. Please read this policy in full before making any payment.

 

1. Setup Fee — Non-Refundable

 

The one-time setup fee is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances once work has commenced. Work is considered to have “commenced” at the point we:

  • Send you any design mockup, template preview, or draft
  • Begin configuring your booking system
  • Register or configure any domain or hosting resources on your behalf
  • Begin any customisation work based on your onboarding form

 

If you cancel before work has commenced (i.e., within 24 hours of payment and before any of the above actions), you may be eligible for a full refund of the setup fee at our sole discretion.

 

2. Monthly Subscription — No Partial Refunds

 

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Cancellation mid-month — no refund for the remaining days
  • Dissatisfaction with the template design — covered under our revision policy
  • Business closure or change of circumstances
  • Failure to use the website during a billing period

 

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

 

✓  We will consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:

 

  • We have failed to deliver any website within 14 days of receiving all required client content and payment, with no communication explaining the delay
  • We have delivered a website that is fundamentally different from the template you selected with no good reason
  • A duplicate payment has been made in error — we will refund the duplicate charge in full

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@buildmypetsite.com within 7 days of the issue arising. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

 

4. Chargebacks

 

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with credit card or your bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend and remove your website
  • Permanently terminate your subscription
  • Pursue recovery of any amounts disputed in bad faith through appropriate legal channels

 

5. How to Request a Refund

 

Email at info@buildmypetsite.com with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST — [Your Business Name]. Include your invoice number, the reason for your request, and any supporting evidence. We will respond within 10 business days.
