Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any website built and managed by BuildMyPetSite.com. By signing our onboarding form, making any payment, or using any website we build on your behalf, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. The Service

 

BuildMyPetSite.com provides a Website-as-a-Service (WaaS). This means we design, build, host, and maintain a professional website for your pet grooming business on a monthly subscription basis. This is NOT a custom development service. We work from pre-designed templates that are customised with your business information.

 

What is included:

  • One website built on a pre-designed template of your choice
  • Mobile-responsive design
  • Online booking system integration
  • Contact form
  • Service and pricing pages
  • Basic SEO structure
  • Hosting on secure servers
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates
  • 2 to 3 rounds of revisions at setup (see Section 4 for strict revision rules)

 

What is NOT included:

  • Custom-coded features or bespoke software development
  • Logo design (unless separately agreed in writing)
  • Content writing or copywriting
  • Photography or video production
  • Social media management
  • Paid advertising or Google Ads campaigns
  • Guaranteed search engine rankings
  • Any feature not explicitly listed in your chosen plan

 

2. Subscription & Payment

 

Our service operates on a monthly subscription model. By completing our onboarding form and making your first payment, you enter into a monthly subscription agreement.

 

2.1 Payment terms

  • All fees are due in advance before any work begins or continues.
  • Payment is processed via Whop invoice sent to your registered email address.
  • Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

2.2 Late & missed payments

  • If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your website may be suspended.
  • A reminder notice will be sent to your registered email address.
  • If payment remains outstanding after 14 days, your website will be taken offline.
  • If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, your website files will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • We are not liable for any business losses resulting from website suspension or removal due to non-payment.

 

⚠️  NON-PAYMENT CLAUSE: Website suspension and deletion timelines are strictly enforced. We do not make exceptions. Ensure your payment method is always active and up to date.

 

3. Setup Fee

 

Each plan includes a one-time setup fee in addition to the monthly subscription. This fee covers the initial design, customisation, and launch of your website. The setup fee is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. See our Refund Policy for full details.

 

4. Revision Policy — READ CAREFULLY

 

🚫  IMPORTANT: This section is strictly enforced. Revision requests that fall outside these terms will be declined or charged additionally. Please read every point before signing up.

 

4.1 What revisions are included

Each plan includes a maximum of 2 revision rounds during the initial website build phase. A “revision round” means one batch of feedback submitted at one time. Each revision round covers minor changes only, as defined below.

 

4.2 What counts as a minor revision (INCLUDED)

  • Changing text, wording, or copy on existing pages
  • Updating service names or prices
  • Swapping or uploading new photos
  • Adjusting colours to match your brand
  • Minor layout tweaks (e.g., moving a section up or down)
  • Adding or removing a single content block

 

4.3 What does NOT count as a revision (NOT INCLUDED)

  • Changing the entire template or page layout after approval
  • Adding new pages not included in your original plan
  • Redesigning sections already approved by you
  • Structural changes to the website
  • New feature requests (e.g., adding a gallery, a new booking flow)
  • Repeated changes to the same element more than twice
  • Requests made after the website has been launched live

 

🚫  Once you approve a design or section in writing (email, message, or form), it is considered final. We will not redo approved work for free under any circumstances.

 

4.4 Additional revision charges

Any revision request that falls outside the scope above, or requests made after your included rounds are exhausted, will be treated as additional paid work. We will provide a quote and require payment before proceeding. Typical additional revision rates start from $25 per request.

 

4.5 How to submit revisions

All revision requests must be submitted in one single written message (email). We do not accept revision requests via phone call, social media, or verbal instruction. Revisions sent in multiple separate messages will count as multiple revision rounds.

 

5. Website Ownership & Licence

 

While your subscription is active, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the website we build for you. You do NOT own the website files, code, or templates.

 

  • The website remains hosted on our infrastructure for the duration of your subscription.
  • If you cancel or fail to pay, you lose access to the website and all associated files.
  • We retain full ownership of all templates, code, and design assets.
  • If you wish to own the website outright, a Website Buyout option is available for a one-time fee agreed in writing. Upon full buyout payment, website files will be transferred to you.
  • You retain ownership of your domain name, your business content (text, images, logo), and your booking system data.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information, images, and content for your website
  • Ensuring all content you provide does not infringe any third-party copyright
  • Keeping your domain registration active and paid
  • Pointing your domain to our nameservers as instructed
  • Responding to our communications within a reasonable time (5 business days)
  • Keeping your payment account active and funded
  • Not sharing your website admin login details with any third party

 

We are not liable for any delays caused by your failure to provide content, approvals, or responses in a timely manner.

 

7. Cancellation

 

7.1 Cancellation by you

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing via email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current month.

 

7.2 Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your subscription immediately without refund if:

  • You breach any of these Terms & Conditions
  • You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward our team
  • You attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our templates or systems
  • Providing service to you is no longer commercially viable

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from the use or inability to use your website.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting issues, domain registrar problems, or internet outages.
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, or business results.
  • Our total liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via written communication. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

 

10. Amendments

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of our service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
